Today, we are delighted to share firstLOOK image previews from Marcy and Tim's wedding which was captured in Nottingham by www.markpugh.com
THE DAY OF THEIR WEDDING
Mark Pugh joined Marcy (who hails originally from Newark, New Jersey, USA), in her hotel room at the impressive St. James Hotel in the centre of Nottingham, UK for her bridal preparations along with her bridesmaids and dog Slugger. Ably overseen by wedding planner Debbie from Perfect Weddings Events, every aspect of Marcy's marriage to Brit Tim had been considered.
With her wedding preparations complete, Marcy, her bridesmaids and Slugger (now in his little tuxedo) took the short walk across the car park to the main function room at St. James Hotel where groom Tim was waiting patiently. The ceremony room provided a dramatic panoramic view of Nottingham Castle. There was an acoustic guitar accompaniment to the ceremony by Cliff Bywater.
Beautiful bouquets, button-holes and floral arrangements were provided by Royce's Flowers.
With their beautiful civil ceremony complete, everyone adjourned to the area in front of the hotel for formal photographs. A vintage Rolls Royce from Premier Limos was on hand to take the couple (and Mark Pugh) on a short drive around the city centre. The centre of Nottingham was packed with tourists, and everyone congratulated the couple on their wedding as they drove past. The car dropped the couple off at the world famous Robin Hood Statue next to Nottingham Castle for a romantic series of photographs.
The car then took the couple back to the hotel where another floor of the building had been transformed into their amazing wedding reception venue.
The couple had arranged for a toastmaster to introduce the speeches, as well as announce the national anthems of the United Kingdom and United States of America. In one part of the room, the team from Mambo Mobile Bars were on hand to provide a delicious range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for all of the guests.
As is so often the case with Mark Pugh clients, Marcy and Tim were more than happy to put the time and effort into their wedding photography. To this end, the couple joined Mark Pugh once more after their wedding breakfast around the gatehouse area of Nottingham Castle for a series of romantic newlyWED photographs.
Once the couple had returned, the evening reception was about to get underway. Caricaturist Andy Gilbert was on hand to sketch all of the guests and The Glorious One Eyed Cats provided a fantastic musical entertainment.
Mark Pugh left the couple dancing the night away surrounded by their family and friends.
Marcy and Tim are a fantastic couple, and it was a pleasure for www.markpugh.com to spend time in their company.
Congratulations!
We wish them every happiness for the future, and we hope you enjoy viewing 120 plus firstLOOK wedding image previews.
Their final wedding photography collection will contain over 400 plus images, and we will share additional image previews soon.
As always, enjoy.
