Today, we are delighted to share image previews captured during Fliss and Jamie's wedding by www.markpugh.com
Mark Pugh joined Fliss and Jamie for their incredible wedding.
Their friends and family joined them at Orton Hall near Peterborough believing they were going to attend the couple's wedding ceremony at the hotel.
They were in for a wonderful surprise.
With all of the guests assembled in the Orangery, groom Jamie announced that the wedding ceremony would not be taking place at the hotel at all, and a coach was waiting to take them to a secret location.
Mark said: "I had been fully briefed on the plan for the day, and it was lovely to have been able to capture the looks on everyone's faces as they were told the day was not going to run as expected."
Intrigued, everyone boarded the bus, which drove to the shores of Rutland Water on a perfect sunny summer's day where Mark, the Groom and guests all boarded the Rutland Belle, the large passenger boat which tours the reservoir. As the guests cooled themselves at the on-board bar, they still wondered where they were going. They wouldn't have to wait much longer.
The Rutland Belle docked at Normanton Church on the shores of Rutland Water, and at that moment, everyone now knew what the plan was.
Inside the church, Fliss and Jamie's beautiful ceremony took place with readings from friends, and with formalities complete, everyone headed out into the sunshine for formal photographs, before boarding the boat again for an extended tour of the reservoir before docking at base to allow everyone to board to the coach to drive back to Orton Hall.
Once back at the hall, there was time for more formal photographs before the wedding breakfast and speeches.
Fliss and Jamie had put a great deal of time and effort into their wedding which was themed on travel around the world. Each table had its own sign pointing to various cities around the world, and theme continued around the building, with map bunting and creating wedding invitation replies.
As the sun set and night-time arrived, everyone made their way into the Grand Hall at the hotel where live entertainment played into the night.
Mark said: "It was a pleasure to have been able to capture such a well-planned and beautiful wedding. Fliss and Jamie are a fantastic couple, and I wish them every happiness for the future."
Congratulations, Fliss and Jamie :-)!
Their final wedding photography collection will contain over 400 plus #fineART images, and we will share additional image previews soon.
As always, enjoy.

About Rutland Water
Opened in 1976, Rutland Water provides reserve water to the South-East of the United Kingdom, and is one of the largest artificial lakes in the country. To give a sense of scale, the path around the edge of the lake is 23 miles long. Normanton Church used to be a two storey building prior to the valley being flooded, the part of the church you can see today is the upper level, with the lower level having been filled with concrete prior to flooding. As well as a reservoir, the lake provides a wide range of water sports and other leisure activities.
